How Y5DATA sets up, launches, maintains and supports your system.

Setup process

  1. You tell us the business problem and share the information you already have.
  2. We review it and tell you if anything else is needed. We never ask you to upload the same information twice.
  3. We set up the system according to the quotation scope.
  4. You review the content, pricing, scope and design, then approve.
  5. We launch after your approval.

Content

We organise content from the material you share. We never invent critical information such as prices, certifications, registration numbers or performance claims. If information is missing, we ask first.

Review rounds

The number of review rounds before launch is stated in your quotation. Major changes after final approval are treated as extra work.

Maintenance

While your subscription is active, we look after hosting, SSL, security updates and standard backups. Small content changes follow your plan's limits.

Support

Support is provided by WhatsApp and email during business hours. Issues that stop your website or system from working are prioritised.

Modules not yet available

Modules marked "Coming soon" are not sold yet. Modules marked "Requires consultation" or "Custom development" are delivered after a discussion and a written quotation.
