Can I upgrade my package later?
Yes. You can start with Y5DATA Business Core without a website, then add a website or modules at any time; your data stays. We only charge for what isn't already included in your current package.
What is included in a package?
Every package includes the Y5DATA dashboard, standard security, backups, maintenance and support. Packages with a website (Website Starter, Easy Start Website, Smart Sales Website and Business Growth Website) also include the website, managed hosting and SSL. Without a website: Y5DATA Business Core. The full list, and what is not included, is shown on each package on the Pricing page.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, on Y5DATA Business Core: 14 days, one trial per business, starting once the owner's email is confirmed. No credit card is asked for and nothing is charged automatically when the trial ends. Limits during the trial: 1 user, 30 leads and 1 enquiry form. Packages with a website have no free trial. If the trial ends without a subscription the modules stop working but your data is not deleted; subscribing later resumes the same account. Solution Packs you can try: Lead & CRM Pack (14 days), Booking & Billing Pack (14 days), Smart Quotation Pack (30 days) and Growth Automation Pack (14 days). Do I need technical knowledge?
No. You tell us the business problem and share what you already have. Y5DATA handles all the technical work: setup, domain, hosting and maintenance.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. The domain stays yours. If you don't have one yet, we help register it in your business's name. Domain fees are paid to the registrar and are not part of the subscription.
Can I manage my own content?
Yes. Packages with a website have a CMS to update text, images and services; if you prefer, just send us the changes, within your plan's limits. Without a website (Y5DATA Business Core), your business profile, enquiry link and modules are managed from the dashboard.
Who manages hosting?
Y5DATA. Your dashboard, and the website on packages that have one, are hosted and monitored by us. SSL, security updates and standard backups are included in the subscription.
What happens if I cancel?
The subscription ends at the end of the period already paid for. Packages with a minimum term (Easy Start Website (12 months)) can be stopped once that term is over. Your business data is not deleted automatically: you can ask for a copy or for deletion at any time. Your domain stays yours. Full details are in the Terms of Service.
Can I request custom modules?
Yes. Modules not in the catalogue, or marked Custom development, are quoted after we understand your needs.
Is there a setup fee?
It depends on the package. No setup fee: Y5DATA Business Core and Easy Start Website. A one-time setup fee to prepare your system, shown on each package: Website Starter, Smart Sales Website and Business Growth Website. Annual discounts do not apply to setup fees.
Is the subscription monthly or yearly?
Your choice. Annual subscription: pay for 10 months and get 12 months of service. The exception is Easy Start Website, where a year costs the same as 12 monthly payments (no annual discount).
What do the module statuses mean?
Available: we deliver it now. Requires consultation: delivered after a short discussion about your workflow. Custom development: built for you and quoted. Coming soon: planned, not sold yet.
What documents do I need to prepare?
Nothing is required. If you have them, share a company profile, catalogue, price list or photos. You can also just give us your existing website or Facebook link and we'll work from there.
