Y5DATA supports legitimate businesses from many industries, regardless of the owner's background.

Business acceptance

We operate under a business acceptance policy aligned with Shariah principles. We cannot provide services to businesses whose main activity involves:

• Alcohol, pork products or food that is not halal for consumption
• Gambling, lotteries or betting
• Interest-based (riba) lending or unlicensed money lending
• Adult entertainment or pornographic content
• Fraud, get-rich-quick or pyramid schemes
• Activities that are illegal in Malaysia

Eligibility review

Some businesses need a review, for example those with mixed or regulated activities. Reviews are done by a person, not automatically. We may ask for clarification before deciding, and every decision is recorded.

This review is Y5DATA's internal policy. It is not halal or Shariah certification, and we never display certification claims without evidence from the relevant body.

Content that is not allowed

• Content that infringes someone else's copyright or trademarks
• Fake testimonials, reviews or claims
• Misleading content about prices, products or certification
• Malware, spam or collecting data without consent

Financial features

Payment, deposit and instalment features are reviewed against this policy and the relevant legal requirements.

Breaches

If this policy is breached, we will contact you first. We may suspend service for content that is illegal or harms others.
